What is the MCF?
The MCF is the governing body of chess for Micronations. It is responsible for sanctioning international matches and competitions and maintaining the rules of Micronational Chess. It mainly uses chess.com for games but is open to sanctioning games in person. The MCF has ambitions for a Micronational World Championship in the future. However, games outside of the internet don't appear feasible currently. The MCF believes that chess is a great way to connect micronations through sport which is also doesn't require lots of money to play like other sports.
